I am unable to install the game I’m trying to download

Issue/Error:

  • PLAY NOW button is not working
  • GAME NOT FOUND. Please return to Game Center to find another game
  • This game is disable by the administrator. Please choose another game

If you are experiencing any of these issues, it means that the game you are trying to download or play is no longer available on the Game Center platform. Games that are having issues running on our platform are disabled. We usually re-enable the game after troubleshooting, testing, and fixing issues related to the game and our platform. We do this to ensure that you get a quality gaming experience using the Game Center.

 

In the meantime, you can try searching for other games you might like. We recommend searching for games using the Game Center Play Store.

 

Additionally, you can use the “Submit a request” to contact us and help us know which games you are eager to play on our Game Center platform. This will help us prioritize games to re-enable and add on our platform.
