Issue:

• Game won’t run
• Game stuck on Initializing
• Game stuck on loading

If you are experiencing any of these issues, you can try launching the game from the Game Center Play Store.

1. Press the windows key and search “Play Store”.
2. Right click on it and select “run as administrator”, select yes from the user control prompt and the Game Center platform should open.
3. On the Game Center platform, go to MY GAMES and select the game you want to play.
4. Click PLAY NOW.

This should launch the game from the Game Center Play Store. If this does not resolve the issue, you can use the “Submit a request” to contact us with details of the issue you are experiencing.
